SOLVED One led has opposite color

Led: WS2801 (32+15 leds)
Power Supply: 3A 5V
RPI 2

I had flickering problem, but it was solved by soldering all wires. External 5v connected to RPI GND.

So here is my problem:

I set red, all leds are red - then 1 sec later, this led changes his color to opposite
If blue - it became red and etc.
I noticed, that if I use half brightness, led stays in correct color.
All other leds look stable, but this one flashes quickly with different colors.

sounds like a damaged chip, could you replace this segment?

There is another big problem:
1) Red was one
2) then I stopped Hyperion
3) after 10 minutes, I saw, that there are several white flashing leds. -> I removed power and all wires from RPI
4) nothing works )) Connect wires, give power. Only 1st led flashes white.

Is it possible, that all led strip was damaged? how to diagnose led strip and each led?

 

Which led was having the issue ?
1st in the strip ?
Middle of the strip ?
Last in the strip ?

Do you have a level shifter ?

Have you measured the 5v led supply ?

 

1st led in the second part (first part has 15 leds, second - 32)
I dont have level shifter
I measured power supply, it gives 5.12v - 5.16v

 

Here is my power supply. 15W in enough for 2 meters. (In my case 1.5m)

Solved!

Really bad chinese power supply. Was changed to another 12V with DC-DC step down.
Re-soldered all segments.
